Delivery

One off delivery charge of £60 to UK mainland only. Postage to the Highlands & Islands and International orders are based on how many products are ordered. Please phone us for a quotation. Delivery will be between 9am-5pm Monday – Friday. For orders outside of UK Mainland please contact us for further details.

A specific delivery date can be requested providing we are given 4 working days notice. Please use the Special Instruction’s section of the checkout process to request a specific delivery date.

If no delivery date is specified, we will contact you for a convenient delivery date. Because of the size of the items we will not send any goods out without your confirmation.

From first of January 2021 we will not charge VAT on orders to all EU countries. But as the importer you should check VAT and duty charged by your country at the point of import.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL CABINETS MUST BE CHECKED ON DELIVERY PRIOR TO SIGNING FOR THE GOODS. RETURNS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS TIME. ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE GOODS SHOULD BE REPORTED WITHIN 48HRS AND OUR CUSTOMER SERVICES WILL TRY TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE WITH YOUR CO-OPERATION. PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE NATURE OF GOODS, WE WILL BE UNABLE TO OFFER RETURNS. WE ENDEAVOR TO DELIVERY ON THE DATE SPECIFIED BETWEEN OURSELVES AND THE CUSTOMER, HOWEVER IF THERE ARE ANY ISSUES WITH LOGISTICS (EG. DELAYS, DAMAGES ETC)  THEN WE HOLD THE RIGHT TO CONTACT YOU ASAP AND ARRANGE A NEW DELIVERY SLOT. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS AN EXTREMELY RARE OCCURRENCE.

Breakages & Shortages

All parts of the cabinets are guaranteed for 6 months. Glass is not under the warranty and MUST be checked on delivery before the delivery driver leaves the premises. All deliveries should be checked for damage prior to signing the delivery note. Responsibility will not be accepted if the delivery note has been signed before checking for damage.

Note
Please be aware that couriers are not insured to carry any goods into the delivery premises, but will deliver the goods directly outside the entrance providing there are no steps or obstructions stopping the courier from using a pallet truck. We therefore advise you to be suitably prepared on the day of delivery.

Refund Policy:

All breakages & shortages must be strictly reported, in writing, within 3 days of receipt of goods, otherwise we will not accept responsibility.

Packaging

All cabinets are checked thoroughly prior to dispatch for damage. They are delivered fully assembled and shipped inside strong wooden crates mounted on pallets with ample packaging inside. Customers are responsible for disposal of all packaging materials.

Collection In Person
